The Jaded Gay DJ Recommends
: Charlie Horse at the Cinch
Best place to go out and have a cheap drink while being entertained by drag queen antics. Music by DJ Dirty Knees and Bearzbub is more rock and new-wave oriented, but at least it won't interfere with your conversation. Check out my reviews of Charlie Horse at The Cinch.

DeeJay PeePlay's Bon Voyage Underground Party!
One of our favorite local boys is headed off for European tour this summer, and of course there will be a blow-out underground to see him off. With tunes provided by Cosmo Vitelli (DFA, I'm a Cliche), CLAWS, Jonas Rheinhart, and of course, PeePlay hisself.
10PM - afterhours
$10
Cal 415 738-7537 day of party for location information

Ritchie Hawtin with Magda and Hearthrob at 1015 Folsom
This promises to be a blow-out evening of awesome techno. Though it says 103 Harriet Street, that's the side entrance of 1015 that goes down to the lounge basement, so this may be a fairly intimate evening, though I'm sure it will be a full house.
9PM - "after hours"
$25 advance tickets , $23 at Tweekin' Records
103 Harriet Street (Side Entrance to 1015 Folsom)
